uniform font for forms

I need a uniform font (all letters includeing spaces the same size) for a
list box on a form. In tables format shows a fixedsys font which is a
uniform font but forms font list does not have this font. Is there a uniform
font I can use or is there a way to load a new font for forms? If so where
do I find the font files?
