unidentified programs

I hope this is right place to post this. I have
some "unidentified programs" in my control panel, at
least one of which I am sure was not there before. One of
them is something called "BDE ADministrator" and the
other is in Spanish (this is the one I'm SURE was not
there before) it's called "Red Inalambrica" The latter
program says something about ADSL. I have a cable modem
so i have no idea where this came from or what it is
about (especially as I am an English speaker.) Does
anyone out there know what these are? Are they spyware?
adware? malicious?? P.S. I routinely run both spybot and
ad-aware and they don't seem to find it. ALL HELP TRULY
APPRECIATED!
