Unidentified file SAME.SCR

I have recently spotted a file o the desktop of my Windows XP Home.

The file is called "same.scr"

Whatever I do when I delete it it comes back but it appears OK to Norton
Antivirus (up to date) as I always suspect .scr files

Anyone have any idea what it is and how to get rid of it or what it is?

well scr is screen saver but I'd be leery about trying it juuust in
case. You likely 'could' right click and test it but I wouldn't since I
don't know what it is.

XP are protected so maybe it will
