installed Outlook 2003 onto an XP machine

now I get" "cannot find unicows.dll" error when I open Outlook.

'Unicows.dll' is the Unicode Layer DLL for Windows 9x and ME (Windows NT,
2000, and XP already provide Unicode support). I've found what looks to be
a fix for this problem here:
