Unicode Problem

When ever i receive email from hotmail or yahoo accounts. it comes with junk
characters.

IE7 Cant able to display Arabic language when i use OWA it show me junk
characters.
I have tried using Mozilla Firefox browser and it working fine.

I have try to change Unicode to Arabic but it didn't work.

I am using old interface for hotmail if i use new live beta interface it is
working fine.

Please help me out.
