Unicode filename support for personal network storage?

I am looking for personal network disk storage (3.5" ATA Harddisk)unit
for my home network.

Unfortunately, it seems like that the popular models in the retail
market does not support unicode characters in the filenames (ie
Chinese, Japanese, Eastern European, etc..)

Anyone know of any model of network disk storage which does support the
above filename character sets?

That is just plain wrong, that sort of storage has nothing
to do with the character sets at all. Any of those models
will do that stuff fine just like your current hard drive does too.
Anyone know of any model of network disk storage
which does support the above filename character sets?
