Unhiding forms and tables

I was looking at an Access application which has a form which calls another
form. The second form uses a table. I can access this form and table as a
user, however, when I go in through the back end, I cannot see the form or
table. I assume they are both hidden, but cannot figure out how to unhide
them. Can someone tell me how to do this ?
