My wife's laptop,Dell Inspiron 8100, has recently started
shutting down while she is online. An error message that
says that the shutdown is initiated by NT/ Authority and
that the RPC server terminated unexpectedly. I haven't a
clue what this means and would like to correct whatever
the problem is for her. Anyone out there able to assist
me. Thanks!

Last, but not least, consider purchasing and installing a good
internet security package, such as:

-- Includes prevention of annoying web pop-ups
-- Includes Parental Controls
-- All in one, easy-to-install & manage package
