| My wife's laptop,Dell Inspiron 8100, has recently started
| shutting down while she is online. An error message that
| says that the shutdown is initiated by NT/ Authority and
| that the RPC server terminated unexpectedly. I haven't a
| clue what this means and would like to correct whatever
