unexpected restart

hi all,
i have a strange problem with windows2000 server. it restarts automatically
everyday. the time of restart is almost same. i found the error ID's 4004,
5774 inevent viewer. thanks in advance for an early from one of the experts.

You might have an application with a memory leak. To find out,
reboot your machine 12 hours after the previous reboot. If it
reboots 24 hours later then it's a memory leak. If it's at the
usual time then you might have a rogue scheduled task.
