My Windows 2000 Server unexpectedly rebooted and gave the
error message: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The Bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00680063, 0x000000ff,
0x00000000, 0x00680063). Microsoft Windows 2000
(v15.2195). A dump was saved in: C:\winnt\memory.dmp Any
idea what caused this and how it can be fixed? Any help
would be appreciated.

Try going to Symantec.com and check out this doc:
Document ID:2001090509372006
Last Modified:07/14/2003
Part of that doc follows:

Error: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck..." in
the Windows Event viewer after Windows spontaneously
restarts

Situation:
After installing Norton AntiVirus 2002 (NAV) or running
LiveUpdate, Windows spontaneously restarts, and you see
the following error message in the Windows Event viewer:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini090301-01.dmp."

This may prevent you from booting into Windows normally.
Sometimes this will prevent Auto-Protect from loading with
Windows
