Unexpected lock up in XP

I am not sure where to start, but after working on what should be an easy
project for 2 days, I am a little frustrated. I am over 75% of the way
through on completing a project in MM 2. I have several still digital
photographs saved, along with transitions (from MM) and 2 music clips. Now,
when I try to do the ending of my "movie" by inserting a video file (mpeg),
the whole program locks up and I get an error message (see below):
szAppName : moviemk.exe szAppVer : 2.1.4026.0 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000
AND
AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.1.4026.0 ModName: qdv.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0000aad5

Can anyone help?
