Unexpected Error When writing Message

Hello:
I have a user (this happens to only him, 1 out of 50 users) that receives an unexpected error , close outlook and restert the program. This occurs when he is composing a new message and has the window open for a while. When he attempts to send that meassage, the error is generated. He will have to copy the message, close, restart outlook then paste, etc...

Any ideas?

What is the exact error logged to the event viewer?

Have you tried a repair of Office already? Insert the CD and when you start
the installer choose for the Repair option.

If this doesn't help you can try recreating (do not copy) the users
mailprofile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles.
