undoing somthig i dont know about and dont know if i am hurting my parents compu

Hello to anyone out there what the hell did i just do and
how can i undo it please...
I typed in on the RUN application and I typed in NET
STOP DNSCACHE... I wasnt supposed to do that how can I
fix this problem quick I dont want to get caught by my
parents.......... Thankyou please help me

Just this once, because it's Sunday, I will resist the
temptation to advise you to stay away from commands you
don't really understand. Also, I do it myself. But my
parents don't mind.
