Undoing Folder Redirection

I've modified the GPO which defines folder redirection to
only redirect "My Documents" and not any of the other
folders. After doing so, the data from those redirected
folders (Application Data, Desktop, Start Menu) is not
directed back to the host PC despite having the option
selected prior to changing the policy. Is there a
fix/work-around for this?

Hello John,

Reestablish the policy, but use a path of "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data".
This will cause clients to redirect to the local profile.

Readd the policy and apply it, making sure that you enable the move folders
back to local machine when policy is removed.

Make sure that the policy is applying and then remove it from the domain,
and reboot.

This moves the redirected folders back to the local machine.
