Right click on the little star icon on the clip, choose Video Effects...,
and then remove the ones you want to.

Hello there,
You have not been given the full answer here so, you can remove any
effect at any time you choose by right clicking the segment you want to
remove the effect from...but please take note that effects are performed in
the order presented, so removing one may have quite undesirable effects
