Undo Deleation

Hi

Is it possible to get back a file i accidently deleted on windows mail. i
was sorting out the emails and accidently deleted the file rather than the
single email.
 
What do you mean by "deleted the file rather than the single email"?
Did you delete a mail folder?

Emails and mail folders that you delete go into the Deleted Items folder.
Did you look there? If you empty the Deleted Items folder, the only
chance of getting any of it back is to use a file undelete utility such as
Recuva: http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Sometimes.

Check if it was moved to the Deleted Items folder instead of being
deleted entirely. If so, check if you're then able to move it to a more
suitable place, instead of letting it be more completely deleted later.
Folders are difficult to move; it's easier just to create a new folder
and move all of the contents there.

Also, if it was a newsgroups folder, simply subscribing to the same
newsgroup through the same newsgroups server is usually enough
to bring back all the messages you've already downloaded.
