I am using Outlook 2000 and created a large distribution list (225 names) to
mail information to clients. I receive an error message when I try to send
to the entire list and I believe it might be a spam prevention device from my
mail host. My alternative is to try sending about 25 at a time, however, I
can't do that with the distribution list as is. Any suggestions?

Are all these people in your Contacts? If so, don't use the DL, just
select the people in Contacts. Categorising them can be useful.

You can also email merge to Contacts but not to DLs.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

They are not in my contacts. Is there a way to switch them over? How would I
use the categorizing feature in this situation? Thanks for your quick
response!
