understanding minidump

Hi,

I have a laptop where one user only gets a BSOD when logging on either on
LAN or off LAN.

Following the Microsoft explanation of the minidump analysis the important
information is:

BugCheckCode 1000008e
BugCheckParameter1 c0000005
BugCheckParameter2 006f006e
BugCheckParameter3 f1545cf0
BugCheckParameter4 00000000

I know the '8e' refers to faulty RAM but a Dell engineer has replaced the
Motherboard and other parts of the laptop and the error is still happening.

The profile has been recreated and all other usual 1st and 2nd line checks
and tests have been done ;-)

Can anyone help me understand the BugCheckParameter codes please.

You state "a Dell engineer has replaced the Motherboard and other parts".
You did not state whether the Dell engineer replaced the RAM sticks. You
can do a Google for each of the error codes.
