Underscore In URL

Help i can get on to the following site from one computer but not another.
because of the underscore i think. bothe computers haev the same version of
internet explorer. do i need to change some settings or something?

The site i am trying to get on to is :

It probably has more to do with your OS (which you have neglected
to disclose) and even more to do with your DNS.

do i need to change some settings or something?

If your DNS isn't allowing a lookup for that name
but someone else's is, you could try using their DNS.

The site i am trying to get on to is :
http://chantry_phoenix.myfreeforum.org/index.php

Check what your DNS is giving you.
E.g. (if NTx) use nslookup or use ping -n 1 or tracert
