Under the address, it is showing first name and full name?

I'm entering addresses in my contacts list. For some reason when I enter the
contact info, under the address it is showing First Name and Full Name. I
don't won't this to be on the info.What did I do wrong?
 
Clarify your post.
State more clearly what you are doing, what you are seeing and where.
Include your Outlook version.
Include the default settings you specified for these fields.
