Under Construction

Recently, our server has been performing stragely. When I
try to access the webpage, I get an "Under Construction"
error (with HTTP friendly messages turned off). Sometimes,
however, the website will work fine. But then 5 minutes
later I'll get the "Under Construction" error, even though
I didn't change anything. Any one have any ideas?

Please clarify, what web page?
Is this Active Directory?
If AD is the AD domain name the same as your public domain name?

Yes, some clarification will help. How are you accessing it? Are yiu using:
http://domain.com or
http://www.domain.com or
http://servername or
http://servername.domain.com or
http://localhost or
http://IpAddress

Are you using hostheaders?
Is this a separate website other than the default site?
