I have been occasionally receiving the below message. Does this mean a
virus has infected my address book and is sending out messages. I have
no such address in my address book. I am using Netscape 7.2 for my
email on a Dell XPS T500 with Windows 98se as the operating system.

"This is the qmail program

I'm afraid the message returned below could not be delivered to one or
more destinations.

No it probably is sent by the SWEN-virus from another infected computer.
The swen-virus generates 2 kinds of emails, fake undeliverable
email-messages and fake html-formatted ones.

Give us the header of the message and don't open it with Outlook
Express. The OE versions 5.n (until below SP2) are all installing these
fake bounces automatically, while previewing.

Sorry, but the message hasn't reached me yet. If you removed the "spam"
from my address, you were wrong. It is valid as is. Also, please remove
the worm from the mail, or my ISP would do something about it.

BTW: Is there really no way to view the header of the mail with
Mozilla/Thunderbird Mail "View" "Header lines" "Show all" (or whatever
it is; I had to re-translate it from the German version)? It should be
possible to copy-paste it and put it into the message, here in the
group.
