Undeliverable mail

What are the possible causes of mail returned as undeliverable ? The
recipient domain is still alive and only when i send from my company
mail then it returns as undeliverable, others are ok. Pls advise.

What is the exact text of the error message you receive?

The error message is unknown host (e-mail address removed) then followed by
message. Subject is undeliverable mail from postmaster.
