Whenever I try to send a message, I receive the following error message: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
553 relaying denied.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks!

Are you using a mailserver that is from a different domain than your
e-mailaddress? For instance you are using mailserver.domain1.com to send
messages from (e-mail address removed). You can't do thing because of security
(spam) reasons. Change the mailserver to the mailserver from the same domain
as your address.

Use the SMTP server on the domain to which you are connecting for
Internet connectivity. If you are travelling and need to connect to
your ISP's SMTP server from some other domain, then be sure you are
authenticating to your ISP's SMTP server (presuming that the other
domain allows you to relay SMTP traffic across their domain to an
off-domain server).
