I keep getting two different spyware results from Antispyware Beta version.
Unclassfied.Spyware.65
Possible Browser Hijack
Everytime I try to delete the items they come back. Not only that but they
seem to drop off crap into my internet favorites, some porn and other
various junk type sites. It also tries to change my homepage to blank.blank
which looks like a msn page style. This problem also will send numerous
popups while navigating through the internet. If I run Norton Antivirus it
comes up with some similar results to the spyware results. Is this a virus
or just spyware? What can I do to fix this. I'm running Windows XP that came
with a sony vaio desktop less than a year ago. Please send me some ideas.

Have you tried doing full, deep scans in safe mode? That
should do the job for items that Microsoft Antispyware
detects by name, but doesn't clean.

If that fails, however, I'd go for looking at all the
startup items and lists in tools, advanced tools, system
explorers, and blocking suspicious items.

If the malware problem comes back further specialised
assistance is available Ron Kinner

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then send
it to Ron Kinner as an attachment. He can probably
identify the problem and tell you how to get rid of it for
good.

Ron email address. (e-mail address removed)
He will tell you what to do next. Put Hijack in the
subject so he will know it's not spam.
