unclassified spyware 65 problem

Anyone have an idea how to get rid of this thing.. MS
AntiSpyware detects it but does not kill it. This always
comes back after a reboot in normal mode. Have turned off
system restore and run tools in safe mode already. System
is and has been updated regarding critical updates and
antivirus. Have already made a case with MS Support and
spent 4 days on the phone with them without a successful
removal of this thing.
 
Just wanted to let folks know that I ended up doing a
clean install. MS Support had me go to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com to do an online scan which
could never get going because my IE kept crashing
everytime the scanner went to run. MS also had me
download 'stinger' and that did not help either. Stinger
is available at http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger, it might
help some of you.
