If the printer is a true IP printer (like the HP JetDirect devices) it does
not have a UNC and therefore you can't. If the printer is connected to a PC
and you're connecting to it via that IP address (like
192.168.1.1\shareprinter) then there are any number of tools that can
discover the name from the IP address - Tracert will, for example.
