Unblocking Senders

I receive so much spam that I am constantly blocking
senders. I accidently blocked two senders that are very
important to me. How can I remove them from the "blocked
senders" list?

Tools>message rules>blocked sender list

On your outlook tool bar go to tools, click on organize
then click on junk e-mail..then click on more options.
You should see instructions on removing address from list.
