unblocking deleted cookies

I accidently hit the "apply my decision to all cookies
from this website" after I hit block cookie. I've tried
to change my settings, but my computer still says that a
pop up was blocked. Is there any way for me to unblock
this cookie? I have entered this website into my safe
list, but that still doesn't work. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

When you say you blocked the cookie?? Did you mean using
an external package? Windows XP SP2???

Could you explain a bit more.

There is a pop up box that comes up when I go to certain
websites and asks if I'll accept the cookie. The exact
wording is:

The website "netscape.com" has requested to save a file
on your computer called a "cookie". This file may be
used to track usage information. Do you want to allow
this?

Then there is a box that says "apply my decision to all
cookies from this web site"

You can check the box and then hit the "allow
cookie" "block cookie" "more help" or "help" button.

I accidently checked the box and said "block cookie" and
now i can not get into this website because it is saying
it has been blocked.

To try and fix this I have gone into "tools, internet
options, security, trusted sites" and then put the web
site on the list. I've also changed the security level
and this has not allowed me in.

Does this make more sense?
