Unblock--Spybot and Ad-Aware

I, too, tried to fill out a job application on
Monter.com. The job description included a website to
visit for more info about the company, but Spybot won't
let me access it. How can I fix this?
 
in spybot immunize section scroll down and uncheck block
bad pages. but it is blocking them for a reason,isn't it.
