Ok, I have a very interesting problem, and I hope that somebody will know the answer.
I am making databases in Access Xp for one company. All the DB's are located on server, and all the users are using them. The other day one of the user came to me with problem on his report. He is getting a report that is different than the report I am getting when I preview it on my computer. I tried it and it it true, so it sound pretty amazing that on two different computers you can getdifferent reports out of same query
How this can be solved?

NEVER run the front-end database from the server. Split the database (there
is a wizard in Tools ... Database Utilities ... Database Splitter) and put
the front-end on each workstation, linked to the data tables on the server.
If the problem persists, (it probably won't) post back with more details
(version, table names, locking method, etc.)

What is the reason why this happens?

I had a similar experience with an Excel Spreadsheet which
was saved in a workstation on a network (3 desktop
workstations, 1 laptop workstation, a network hub, and no
server involved). Any other workstation could have access
to this spreadsheet, but the output to the printer
differed between the systems, causing us to go to a
specific workstation in order to get reliable print outs.

Adam
