Hi,

i wanna sell a workbook to somebody but, i do not wanna him to
distribute this workbook to others, is there a way to do this?

Which will be bypassed by disabling macros...

There is NO way that I know of to keep someone from passing on a
workbook that they can access. I've seen methods that make it much more
difficult, but they've ultimately been able to cracked within a few
minutes.

Office 2003, with Windows 2003 server access, can supposedly limit those
who can open it - but your customer must have that capability.

You might want to look at your terminology, too. If you sell someone a
workbook, it's theirs to do what they want with it. If you throw up
roadblocks, you could be liable if the buyer can't later sell it.

OTOH, if you license a particular application, you can (legally) limit
how it's distributed later by including your terms in the license. Of
course, it's up to your customer to accept the restrictions.
