unauthorised porn downloads

I keep getting porn downloading automatically and I
really worried as my grandchildren use this pc and see it
popping up before it downloads itself. please help me
stop this.

You possibly have a virus but most likely have spyware on the
computer.
Run an updated virus scan.
Or Scan for Viruses online:

Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"
