I'm having a problem with viewing video on "you tube" with IE 6.0 I get an
error that states I have an old flash player of javascript turned off. Both
of the are incorrect. I try and re-download the flash player it will not
install. I have also tried to download IE 7 and it will not complete
installation successfully.

I can view the videos with Mozilla browser

Can anyone help me?

You could see that symptom with too high a level of security settings.
Make sure that you are using Default Level Security settings
and restart IE before testing that change. It's also possible that
restarting would change the settings back to too high a level again,
so before reusing IE check that the Default Level button is greyed
and unusable; otherwise something would be changing your security
settings automatically, possibly some security package you have running
in the background or perhaps some settings forced by an administrator.
