Unable to view webpage

Our web page is housed by someone else. I made an entry
in the DNS to point to the host www then added the IP
address. When I try to access the page from inside our
network, I am getting Page under construction. If I am
outside our network, I am able to bring up the page. Any
help would be appreciated.

Did you give the www record the IP of the website?

From what you say, I presume that (a) you used the correct IP address and (b)
you aren't accessing the World Wide Web via a combined content/proxy HTTP
server that has a local dummy web site with that particular name.

Given that, this sounds like a virtual hosting configuration error being made
by your HTTP hosting service. Talk to it.
