unable to view slide show in PowerPoint. Help.

I can create a presentation but I am unable to view the presentation by
pressing F5 or selecting Slide Show from the dropdown. I can view the
presentation on other PC's. Tried Detect and Repair and also unistalling and
reinstalling the program. So far, nothing has worked.

Do the following:
1. Select "Slide Show" | "Set Up Show..." menu item.
2. Select "Primary monitor" in the "Show on" box.
3. Click OK.

Now start slide show and see if it works.
