HI all. I am using IE6. However i could not view pdf from a website that
allows me to click the link to view pdf files. Pls advise. Thks in advance.

well do you have the PDF plug in? if not go to www.adobe.com and dowload and
install Adobe Acrobat Reader. Then you should be able to view PDFs.
Best Regards,
Kaja

I already have the adobe reader software. Do i have to download the pdf plug
in separately?

Assuming Adobe Reader, see:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=328233
"PDF pages don't appear in web browser window (Acrobat 7.0 and 3D, Adobe
Reader 7.0-8.0, and Acrobat 8)".

And: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ie/pdf.htm

No. But you do need to enable the config option within Adobe Reader to
enable its BHO (browser helper object) to run inside of IE. It
should've been enabled by default but go check.

For a .pdf file already on your hard disk, what application opens when
you double-click that .pdf file?
