Unable to view menus

How do I view menus again after clearing the ALLOW FULL
MENUS checkbox under startup options?
 
Hold down the shift key when opening the database until the database windows
opens and then go back to the Tools | Startup menu and recheck the
appropriate boxes.

Lesson learned: Don't uncheck anything until you fully know the
consequences. These are usually unchecked only if you have 'grown' your own
menu system and are distributing the database to other users.
