UNABLE TO VIEW IN-COMING FAX

Hi,

Having problem with my XP ~ it CAN display all graphic & out-going fax BUT
cannot display in-coming fax (but they can be printed !!) Tried all software
that came with XP but still starring at a blank screen when I click 'preview'.

Click Start, Run and execute these commands:

cmd /c assoc .tif=TIFImage.Document
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
