Unable to view certian web pages

Can anyone tell me why I am not able to view certain web
pages? I know the pages are up and running just fine
because I've used the other computer in my home to see if
it was the site itself and it worked just fine. I've
cleared all the history, cache, cookies, and everything
else I could think of. I've called my ISP and the support
there tweaked my settings a little, but nothing has
worked. PLEASE HELP!!

FAQ:
Search your hd for a file named HOSTS (no extension, and may be hidden). If
found, open with a text editor such as Notepad, and delete any lines
containing domain names of sites you cannot view. Then save the file and
rerun your test, to see if the problem persists. The only entry that *needs*
to be in that file is:
127.0.0.1 localhost # loopback
