Can you help me please? Whenever I try to use one of the troubleshooters on
my Windows XP Help and Support I get the following message:
"An ActiveX control on this page is not safe. Your current security settings
prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not
display correctly".
What can I do to resolve the problem?

Thanks. I'd noticed this link earlier when I was looking on line for a
solution. The problem is that I don't feel confident changing the registry.
Do you know any other fixes for the problem?

Sure. Close Help and Support. Download Zonefix.zip from the following
link.

http://bertk.mvps.org/Files/Zonefix.zip

Unzip the Zonefix.zip file, and drag the Zonefix.reg file onto the
desktop.

Double click the Zonefix.reg file and let it merge into the registry.
The changes should be immediate. Now open Help and Support.

Sorry....did what you suggested but the problem's still there! Even when I
restarted! Any other ideas?

Thanks...I've gone for this option. But why and how do these suddenly change?
I'm totally baffled!!
