Hi,
We are having problems using remote desktop/vnc on a windows 2000
professional computer after a recent run of windows update. Before this
update, we were able to connect by vpn and then used remote desktop/vnc to
view remote computers. After the update, the vpn can still connect and we
can browse remote computers' shared folders, but we cannot connect using
remote desktop or vnc. It would display an error saying "remote computer is
busy or network problems". The computer is behind a firewall but we know
the firewall is not blocking the connection as there are other winXP
computers on the same network under the same access policy, and they do not
have any problems connecting.
Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?
