Unable to use fonts

I am not able to use any font in Wordperfect or Word XP. I only get the
option of using "device font". I get an option of 3 different sizes, but
that's it. I can change the fonts in Wordpad, but only there.

I checked the fonts folder and everything is ok there.

Please help.
