I just can't get my head around this one at all
Every time I click the browse button, or use the drop-down list in an open/save dialouge, it will lock the program up and it won't respond. It will work for the first few hours that my PC is turned on, but after then it just locks up the program, forcing me to kill the task and start it up again
I'm trying to import some E-Mails that I backed up into Outlook Express 6, but I can't do it because I have to use a browse button to find the files to import
This problem isn't just limited to Microsoft Programs either. LeechGet, Opera, Winamp all suffer from it
Something else has just started happening too- if I try to install something when the above problem hits, the install sequence will never finish. It will copy the files across, but it will hang when it try's to open a folder (usually, the folder that has been created in your start menu- most installers do this at some point). So I go to open up Task Manager - and it won't open. Control + Alt + Delete won't bring it up, nor will navigating my way to it through windows explorer and running it manually bring it up. The little CPU graph that it makes in your System Tray, is there, but the actual TaskMan window never appears
