Unable to use anymore

I used to be able to use this feature but now when I open an account, I am
unable to add any information. Not sure what happened. Can't add business
oportunities or contacts or anything else. Also, when I do open an account
record, I can see all of my e-mails in the body and not just the emails that
are associated with the account.
 
Check if Business Tools is avaliable else go to help > about Microsoft
Outlook > disbaled items and enable BCM
