unable to upload some photos that are not valid jepg images.

hi my name is mary i use Aol i can't not upload certain
photos that are not vaild jpeg images. how do i convert
them into jpeg images i have tried doing it but i can;t
get them to upload to the software i am using which is
Ofoto please send me an reply back as soon as possible
