Unable to upload photos in Hotmail

Hi there, i hope somebody can help me! I am having difficulties uploading
photos onto hotmail! I recently bought a new windows vista computer, and when
i go to attact files to an email, there is simply NO option that says
"Photos" there is only "Files" and something else! i've read that i'm suppose
to download MSN Photo Upload Tool, but how? where do i find this tool? HELP!!
