Unable to Turn on PC!!!!

I had window XP installed in my computer.
Last time i was trying to turn on my computer, but it's
enabled to log on. Everything boot fine, except when it's
up to the Blue Screen which says " Window is Starting Up"
It suppose to get to the destop after this. But "window is
starting up" keep starting... I had tried to let it start
and wait more than half hour. But the "window is starting
up" blue screen still there. I thought it caused by Virus
attack. I had Norton Virus, but i cant remove the virus
b/c i cant even log into the window. Please Help...!!!

Andy it looks like ur gona have to re-format the comp
unfortunatly mate.

try changing your bios to boot from cd rom, inserting your windows xp cd and
doing a repair installation. see this link for advice...
