Unable to synchronize my Calendar with pocket pc

I am able to synch my pocket pc except for my Calendar. I have checked all
the setting and am at a loss for what else to check. I have recently upgraded
to Outlook 2007 and I am using Active Sync 4.5 and also Outlook connector
12.0.

What version of Windows? (I'm assuming XP from the mention of ActiveSync.)
You mention the Outlook Connector. This means you must have a Hotmail
account, or you wouldn't be using the OC. Are the Hotmail folders set as
your delivery location? Is it the Hotmail calendar that won't sync or the
calendar in Personal Folders?
