Unable to Succesfully Clean

The software is telling me that it is finding and
removing exact.downloader, euniverse updater, and
vx2.zserv BUT they are not really gone. I have even
tried rebooting and running in safe mode - to no avail.
I downloaded the MSN Spyware, when my trusty Adaware was
not taking care of it.

Any ideas?

Go to: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic" and post a description of your symptoms. If they need to
see your log they will ask for it.

Try yahoo toolbar antispy version and Spybot Search and
Destroy. Both free and both will find and remove
different spyware
 
Its a possibility that those files are in your system
archives. If you have system restore shut that off, then
run a full scan. That may or may not resolve the problem
but it would not hurt to try. I've had to do that with my
computer when some minor viruses were archived and the
antivirus software was unable to access the archives. I
know its saying that the items were removed, that could
possibly be just some technical error since it doesnt
actually remove them. GOOD LUCK.
